Refund Policy

Because every payment is a gift of service credit that we make available to the incarcerated person's account, please choose amounts carefully.

Service credit & subscriptions

  • Balance that has already been applied to an account is generally non-refundable, and subscription charges for the current period are non-refundable once the period has started.
  • If a charge was clearly a duplicate, an error, or the account could never be set up (for example, the person could not be verified or the service was never usable), contact us and we will make it right, typically by refund or credit at our discretion.
  • We may issue goodwill refunds or credits in individual cases; doing so once does not obligate us to do so again.

Photo prints

Photo print orders are placed by the incarcerated person from inside. If a print arrives defective or damaged, we will reprint or credit it. Prints already produced and shipped are otherwise non-refundable.

How to request

Email support@easytextnow.com within 30 days, include the inmate's BOP number and the charge date/amount. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
