How billing works
Your payment is a gift of credit to the inmate's account. Subscriptions refill that credit monthly, and the service renews from it. If credit runs out, there's a 3-day grace period with reminders before service pauses.
Setup expectations
Setup is fully automatic. Once the inmate adds the email we give you, our system responds in minutes — with Corrlinks' own processing time, their instructions typically arrive within 1–2 hours.
