EasyTextNow is primarily a digital messaging service, but two things can be physically delivered: setup instruction letters and photo prints.

Where we ship

We only ship to incarcerated persons held in United States federal (BOP) facilities. We cannot ship to state or county facilities, international addresses, or non-facility addresses.

Setup instruction letters

If you ask us to mail the incarcerated person a physical letter with their setup instructions (for when you cannot reach them another way), delivery through the corrections mail system can take up to 15 days, and is subject to the facility's mail handling and screening. This is a fallback — reaching them through your normal channels is much faster.

Photo prints

Photo prints ordered by the incarcerated person are produced by our print partner and mailed to the facility. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of being placed; production and mailing follow. Where the mailing method provides a tracking number we can share it on request — some shipments travel by regular USPS mail without tracking. Final delivery depends, most of all, on the facility's incoming-mail process: we cannot track or guarantee delivery inside a facility, and facilities may reject, screen, or delay mail under their own rules. If a print order has not arrived within 14 business days of shipping, contact us and we will look into it.

Damaged or defective deliveries

If a print arrives defective or damaged, we will reprint or credit it — see our Refund Policy.
