You can cancel a subscription at any time — there are no cancellation fees.

How to cancel

Use the Manage Subscription page to receive your secure management link, or email support@easytextnow.com with the inmate's BOP number. Reply STOP to our texts to stop SMS notifications.

What happens when you cancel

• Your subscription will not renew again, and you will not be charged going forward.
• Any balance already on the account remains available and continues to keep the account active until it is used up.
• Canceling one payer's subscription does not affect any other independent supporter of the same person.
• The current paid period is not prorated or refunded by default; see our Refund Policy for exceptions.

Reactivating

If an account becomes inactive, adding balance or starting a new subscription reactivates it automatically — you never need to create a second account.
