We mainly sell software as a service, which doesn’t physically ships. But for our services we provide the functioning account within 4 hours of signing up.
We also sell pictures, which physically ships to the prison the inmate is located at, and are subject to our shipping policy.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We only ship to inmates in United States Federal Prisons.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Not all orders have tracking number, some are sent through the United States Postal Service regular mail.
If your inmate haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
For virtual services, we uphold our obligation by making our service available, even if the inmate is unable to use it for any reason. No refunds are given on payments made, but you can always cancel, pause and skip your subscription for the next billing period.
